About

Hi! My name is Dawn.

I have worked for over 20 years specifically with Children, Adolescents, Teens and Young Adults. I have extensive experience working with students experiencing academic issues, the LGBTQ community, anxiety, depression, grief, defiant youth, self-harming cutting and suicidal ideation, as well as divorced and blended families.

Your child already has so much strength inside of them, together we can increase your child’s path to resiliency so they can be strong today and into the future. My goal with every patient is to instill self-understanding and encourage them to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards all of life's situations.

Finding a therapist can be like finding a new pair of shoes, sometimes you must try on sev

Being a child, teen and young adult are tough, more now than ever! I am passionate about helping teens in a non-judgmental safe place express their emotions and ideas. I guide my patients every step of the way, using a strengths-based approach, and implement various methods to increase resiliency to help your child develop new attitudes towards all of life’s most complex matters.

I know that the search for a therapist can be a daunting task. Finding a therapist can be like finding a new pair of shoes, sometimes you must try on several to find the right fit. I want your child to have the perfect fit for therapy. Please reach out to ask any questions you have, to determine if I would be a good fit for you and your family needs.
